RBA Realtors are into Sales & Marketing of Real Estate Projects. We deal in Project sale & Sole marketing of MayFair Crown (Jyoti Nagar) & MayFair Utsav (Shiv Mandir) of SandeepG realestate, and Manakamna24 (Champasari), Barsana Garden Apartment(Matigara) of Beekay Group. Apart of this, we are also working with leading Promoters of the city. RBA is member of associations like  “NAR India”, “AREA Siliguri” & “CREDAI North Bengal”.

Mr. Rakesh Garg is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and has over 18 years experience in real estate, insurance and manufacturing sectors.

During the stint he has worked with renowned corporate like Net Ambit, Bajaj Capital, Kotak Group in Delhi. In the year 2013 he brought up a new marketing trend for the people of Siliguri i.e. digital marketing in real estate sector. He constituted Swasti Realty as a trend setter in real estate marketing.
